My girls are soo blessed to know their Great~Grandma Smith.... they call her Nanie!
Grandma used to live in Palm Springs for as long as I can remember, she misses everything about the desert and if you can believe it, she still drives herself there to see her friends!
For the past 7 years she has lived 1/2 of a mile from my parents in Laguna Niguel.
Grandma is so strong and independent.. she still rides her stationary bike everyday... and cleans the house like a mad woman.. I wish she come live with me...
(hmmm a cook and a cleaner?! too bad there isn't more room! just kidding!!)
Oh & NEVER EVER STOP exercising my friends...
it will serve you well.. as it has her!
Grandma will be 92 on the 25th of November...
Thanksgiving is her holiday! Happy 92nd Birthday Grandma!
Growing up we spent many many Thanksgivings in the desert with our cousins and family. Always a good time!
She loves her time with the girls and the boys...
with such busy schedules I feel badly we don't see her daily!
Today I am Thankful she is around to know my girls, to watch them grow up, to teach them and to love them too!
Thank you Grandma for our mid week dinner!

Great grandma's are great. I have one left (age 94)I fell that i have been blested to know two set of great grandparents and one great great grandfather.
