Bright and early on Sunday Morning, September 28th we got up before the sun.. to prepare for the long anticipated OC Triathalon!
Jeff competed in the whole event and I was a part of a Relay Team!
The whole event consisted of a 1.5 mile SWIM, 40k (24 miles) Bike up thru Santiago Canyon and finally 10k (6.2 miles)
