So my whole family participated on saturday in the 5k!
Jordyn & Cami each ran/walked and it was their first 5k!
We all had soo much
fun and at least
one of each family member was a medal
winner for their age group....
YEAH US!
I highly recommend participating in these
charity events as a family..
its a healthy example and habit to start for your kids!

Yes we did sleep in the tent all night and a couple since then, i think we might do it agaion tonight. My mom thinks we are crazy!
And Yes my cousins married last name is Lowe!

So much fun! I particularly loved crossing the finish line (I think a did a final leap into the air as I crossed it) with Shannon by my side, cheering my hubby and dad on as they crossed the finish line too, winning a pair of shoes, Mike's winning impersonation of "Vic the Brick's" "Feeling You!", and watching Abe take a silver medal. Thanks for getting us Duarte's into it! We can't wait for the next one although my calf muscles can.
