Jeff ran the Carlsbad Half Marathon on Sunday January 20th 2008.
(On the back of his shirt he dedicated the run to our dear friend John
who passed away jan 20, 2007...
I was so proud of him for doing that.... Shan and I didn't even ask him to!)
Jeff has been running Half Marathon's this past year 2007 and he is striving toward running three "Halfs" in SD for some cool Medal; plus he is training for a Triathlon.
He loves biking as well as running and he has gotten really into swimming!
On feb 9, 2008 he biked in the Tour de' Palm Springs...
a metric cenry 60 ish miles!! .....pics @ the top!
I am so proud of him.. when I met him he did not have an interest in working out but through a good friend he found a passion that he could enjoy and get healthier!
Not only is he successful in exercising...This past December, He and his partners bought the Consulting firm they have been working for and learning through these past couple years. He is so confident in his business life.. I love listening to him on the phone with clients I can hear his heart with everyone. He is soo good at what he does and what he doesn't know he finds out. He is NOT proud, but HUMBLE! He loves what he does and knows that all his success is from God our Father. God has been faithful because Jeff is a faithful steward of what he has been given!
I know he is an example of Christ to all who come in contact with him.. oh I know he is perfect.. who is ? thank the Lord.. But I am so proud of the man he has become.
I was in love 10 years ago when I married him
but it doesn't begin to compare to what we share today!

I'm so proud of him too!! We love Jeffy - or 2nd dad - or 2nd hubby. Whatever we call him we are all proud of him!
What a sweet tribute to your husband, Cathi. I like the new picture on top of your blog too, of Jeff with the girls. Great picture of them!
